The room was so cramped and had this awful smell when we arrived. Plus, the air-conditioning was a nightmare; it was either too loud or not doing anything at all.

The staff was efficient and the place was clean. Overall it was lovely looking on first day's clean. The hotel's location was central, close to Southport south tram station. It was also right by shopping centre, nice shops and Australia Fair and Southport CBD...

Well-appointed unit with decent size bathroom, first day's clean, for example. Comfortable and handy location near Southport Courthouse.

The location was particularly good, for example, Guardian Angels Church was not very far from the hotel. Good choice of options nearby, I visited restaurants and cafés close to the property.

I had a pleasant stay during my business trip! The location was super convenient, just a stone’s throw from the beach, which was a nice perk. My room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the breakfast selection was tasty and gave me a great start each morning!
The service could definitely use some improvement. I faced issues with the room key several times, and some staff seemed a bit unhelpful. communication about cafe hours could have been clearer. a solid spot but be prepared to navigate some hiccups!

The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
Food for breakfast could use more variety in options.

The mattress was such a disaster—lumpy and uncomfortable, we barely got any sleep. It felt like a cheap hotel stay, which really didn’t match the price. I just wanted a decent night’s rest, but that didn’t happen.
